Led by @mencap_charity, it is an opportunity to shine a light on and celebrate the achievements of people with a learning disability!
Mae hi’n Wythnos Anableddau Dysgu a’r thema eleni yw ‘Wyt ti’n fy ngweld i?’
Nod y thema yw sicrhau bod pobl ag anabledd dysgu’n cael eu gweld, eu clywed, eu gwerthfawrogi, a’u deall mewn cymdeithas.
