i've been going through this faceless boxing page trying to figure out how it hit 945K followers... the video i broke down is 20 seconds. a dark faceless mannequin in red gloves slipping under a swinging rope, and every few seconds the label jumps from "Level 1" to "Level 2"... all the way to "Level 4". you stay to see the last level, then watch it again to try it yourself 12.4M likes. follows 0 people. and the bio is just "Boxing app here 👇" the whole page is an ad for their app and nobody watching feels sold to you'd think it needs a 3d animator. it doesn't.. it's one character sheet, one AI clip per move and a 10 minute capcut edit. the trick is telling the AI he has NO face, otherwise it keeps inventing a new one every clip and the part people are sleeping on is that this isn't really about boxing. swap the gloves for your brand colour and the punches for any drill and it works for fitness apps, workout offers, gym gear, anything you can show so i put the whole thing into a guide: > the character sheet prompt that keeps him identical > the scene + motion prompts for every shot > the 5 formats this page rotates (levels, right vs wrong, combos...) > the capcut edit that makes it loop > how to turn the page into money with app offers RT + reply "BOXING" and i'll send it over...

A historic decision for English football, and one that comes to crown the work I carried out through Football Leaks. Today, we all know that, through structural manipulation and financial manoeuvring, Manchester City did not merely circumvent the rules, they turned them into a mere formality, challenging any attempt to preserve the integrity of the competition. That meticulously orchestrated fraud will finally be subject to punishment, and the impact will not merely be turbulent, but truly devastating for the Cityzens. Ironically, I cannot help but remember Pep Guardiola's words at his first press conference as City manager: "Fasten your seat belts".

If I had to start over with Ecom, here’s what I would do.. These are lessons from losing my brand twice One from a supplier scam that cost our brand, and one from Shopify payments that cost our MRR We are now doing $5M/month and I made a video on: - Picking a niche with heavy pain points with a product runs out for MRR.. - Find a product being sold by competitors that is already educating the market.. - Do your avatar and market research the right way.. - Build your website and setup subscriptions the right way.. This is a must watch. Like + RT + Comment "MRR" (must follow) & I'll DM it

I hosted a $260M+ Ecom Masterclass in front of 12K followers. How we generated $100M+ in annual revenue fully bootstrapped. 30 minutes long. Every step laid out. Usually reserved for operators paying $10K+/month to access me directly. BUT I'm releasing the full recording FREE for the next 24 hours. What I revealed: How we went from $0 to $103M in annual revenue without raising a single dollar The exact influencer system that drove growth — 500+ creators tested, 50 on retainer for 3+ years The unit economics framework every DTC brand needs before spending a dollar on ads How we structured subscription from day one and why it made the $260M exit possible What's covered: The 80% gross margin target and exactly how to hit it How to whitelist influencer creative and cut your paid CAC in half The CFO hire that changed everything — why cash visibility is a growth function How we ran the acquisition process and closed at $260M on December 23rd DELETING IN 24 HOURS Comment "MASTERCLASS" and I'll DM you the link **must be following + retweet

Ecom is the #1 best business in the world in 2026. And I'm not saying that because we built one to $260M. I'm saying it because the math is undeniable: → No cap on revenue — we went from $0 to $103M in annual revenue in under 5 years → No physical location required — we ran a global business from a laptop → No inventory risk if you structure it right — subscription model means predictable demand → No VC required — we raised $0 and kept virtually all the equity → Customers pay you before you fulfill : unlike almost every other business model → Retention compounds — every subscriber you keep is revenue you don't have to re-earn → Data ownership — you know exactly who your customer is, what they buy, and when they churn → Exit multiples are extraordinary — we sold for $260M on $103M revenue I've been in mobile technology. Fitness. Cannabis. Children's health. Nothing compounds like a well-structured ecom brand with a subscription model and strong unit economics. The ceiling doesn't exist. The only question is whether you pick the right category, build the right product, and have the patience to let it compound. Most people quit before the compounding becomes visible. The ones who don't — build $260M companies. Comment "X" if you want me to send a full playbook of everything I learned while building my business and how you can too :) **must be following + retweet to receive the DM.

Someone leaked the exact playbook for 2026: how to hit $100M+ per year fully bootstrapped with ecom. Here's what actually separates the brands that get there from the ones that plateau at $1M-$5M forever: 1. They build subscription first, revenue second One-time purchases feel like growth. Subscription IS growth. Every subscriber compounds your LTV without re-acquiring them. The brands hitting $100M+ treat recurring revenue as the entire model — not a feature. 2. They nail unit economics before scaling ads 80% gross margins. Positive contribution margin after marketing. 60-90 day cash flow visibility. These aren't nice-to-haves. They're the prerequisites for scaling paid spend without bleeding out. 3. They build distribution before they build product The biggest mistake early founders make: building a product and then looking for customers. The $100M+ operators identify the distribution first — the influencer relationships, the community, the audience — and then build the product to serve it. 4. They stay bootstrapped deliberately Not because they couldn't raise. Because they didn't want to. VC pressure creates growth-at-all-costs mandates that destroy margins and culture. Every operator I respect at this level built on their own cash flow. 5. They treat the exit as a byproduct, not the goal Every founder who built to $100M+ and exited well told me the same thing: they weren't building to exit. They were building something real. The exit followed. We built to $103M ARR and exited for $260M doing exactly this. Comment "PLAYBOOK" and I'll DM you the full breakdown **must be following + retweet

I'm 41 and did a $260M+ ecom exit. Copy my business in 50 steps: 1. Validate demand before spending a dollar on product — survey real people, pre-sell if possible 2. Target 80% gross margins from day one — if the category can't support it, find a different category...or at least a very high AOV category 3. Find a manufacturer with under 8 week lead times if possible — long lead times kill cash flow before you scale 4. Launch subscription only — no one-time purchases, ever 5. Price at premium — $10 signals $10 quality, always 6. Launch with 25-50 influencers in your niche — not 500, not 5 7. Expect 10% to convert profitably — kill the rest fast, no exceptions 8. Whitelist winning influencer creative as paid ads immediately 9. Run 20-40% of total paid budget behind influencer-sourced content 10. Drive all traffic directly to the product page or messaging optimized landing pages — no brand awareness detours 11. Text every new subscriber personally within 24 hours of their first order 12. Build post-purchase onboarding for the first 30 days — retention is won here 13. Survey customers before building any new product — know it won't fail before you make it 14. Don't launch product 2 until product 1 is undeniable — we waited 30 months 15. Hire a CFO before a head of growth — cash visibility is a growth function 16. Forecast cash 120 days out at all times and update it weekly — never get caught by a stockout 17. Build relationships with 3+ manufacturers — COVID taught us this the hard way 18. Don't raise institutional capital — every dollar of growth came from margins 19. Build reusable packaging customers display proudly — free organic content every month 20. Make every team member spend time in customer support — distance from customers creates bad decisions 21. Track your LTV by acquisition channel, not just overall — know which channels actually compound 22. Whitelist your top 3 influencers as paid ads before anything else 23. Build your influencer roster with intention — 50 long term partners over 3 years beats 500 one-offs 24. Never flash discount — every discount teaches your customer to wait 25. Run limited editions and surprise gifts instead of sales 26. Obsess over contribution margin after marketing and fulfilment costs — not just gross margin 27. Build your CAC payback period target before scaling spend — know when you get your money back 28. Hire people who've done the specific thing before — not people who are generally smart 29. Make every new employee start in customer support regardless of their role 30. Speed of decisions beats quality of decisions — always 31. Sell your business from a place of strength not desperation — we had $19M net income before exploring exit 32. Start the exit process earlier than feels necessary 33. Build your buyer universe yourself — don't wait for inbound acquisition interest 34. Assume strategic buyers understand ecom less than you'd expect — you're teaching, not just presenting 35. Get a top M&A advisor early — the fee is worth it 36. Know your EBITDA multiple target before entering conversations 37. Keep the team focused on the business during diligence — distraction kills deals 38. Negotiate earnouts carefully — understand exactly what you're agreeing to 39. Close day will feel quieter than you expect — that's normal 40. Invest the proceeds before you celebrate — the tax bill comes fast 41. Stay on post-acquisition if the terms are right — your equity in the acquirer can compound significantly 42. Document every system before the exit — buyers pay more for businesses that run without you 43. Build your personal brand while building the business — it compounds separately 44. Share what you learn publicly — the best operators are the most generous with knowledge 45. Find a co-founder with complementary skills 46. Protect the culture harder than you protect the margins 47. Obsess over what customers would genuinely miss if you disappeared tomorrow 48. Build something people would miss — not just something people buy 49. The goal isn't the exit. The exit is the byproduct of building something real. 50. Start now. The founders who win are the ones who started before they were ready. You can build a profitable DTC ecom brand with under $50K upfront and be doing $1M+/month within 18 months and nobody talks about how repeatable the actual formula is. Here's the exact sequence: Month 1: Pick a category with 80%+ gross margin potential. Supplements, vitamins, wellness. Validate demand before spending a dollar on product. Month 2: Find a manufacturer with under 8 week lead times. Non-negotiable. Long lead times kill your cash flow before you ever scale. Month 3: Launch with influencer cohorts of 25-50 creators. Expect 10% to convert profitably. Kill the rest fast. Whitelist the winners as paid ads. Month 4: 20-40% of your paid budget runs behind influencer-sourced creative. Your CAC drops. Your ROAS climbs. Month 6: Build your subscription model. Lock in recurring revenue. Every subscriber is compounding LTV you don't have to re-acquire. Month 12: You have 80% gross margins, a retention machine, and a repeatable acquisition system. Month 18: $1M+/month is not a prediction. It's math. Results from applying this exact system: Without it: Random influencer outreach, no whitelisting, no subscription. Revenue flat. Margins crushed. With the full system: 50 long term influencer partners on retainer. 20-40% of paid budget behind whitelisted creative. Subscription revenue compounding monthly. $103M ARR. $260M exit. The formula isn't complicated. Most people just never see it laid out clearly. Comment "PLAYBOOK" and I'll DM it to you **must be following + retweet

The idea behind appointing a tactician like Tuchel was to break England’s long-standing tournament habits of both panicking when in front in big games and simply hoofing it from the goalkeeper when trailing. He has managed neither - this is every England team I’ve ever watched.

Everyone wants a Bouaddi, Camara, Sangare but you’re watching in real time how France is struggling to supply their front line because they can’t build up from the back and move the ball vertically. Engines don’t solve this problem #FRANCE #SENEGAL #LFC #FRASEN #WC

[COMMENT] Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi is National Commissioner material. His years of experience in policing, his operational leadership, and his deep understanding of crime intelligence and investigations set him apart. He is not a desk-bound officer — he has consistently demonstrated a hands-on approach to policing, taking decisive action in high-pressure situations. At a time when public trust in law enforcement is under strain, leaders who combine discipline, integrity, and real-world experience are exactly what the country needs. Mkhwanazi’s track record in tackling serious and organised crime, as well as his willingness to confront difficult issues within the system, speaks volumes about his leadership capacity. He understands the complexities of policing in South Africa and has shown that he is not afraid to act. South Africa needs strong, credible, and experienced leadership at the highest level of the police service. On merit, Lieutenant-General Mkhwanazi fits that profile. RT if you agree…
