The most lingering and embarrassing side effect of August 12 for me is that whenever I see people standing up to power I just immediately start crying. I watched the video of that tennis player writing "No War Please" on a camera and teared up.
I've just learned from pinterest that "girl summer first birthday" party themes are watermelon, peach, lemons, and ice cream, while "boy summer first birthday" party themes are surfing, fishing, beach balls, and picnics. "Sunshine" is gender neutral. I am actually lost.
