A busy day of campaigning across East Leeds today ended with doorknocking in Crossgates and Whinmoor with our great local candidate Luke Murrow.
Luke has lived in the Ward all his life and will work for the whole community. A vote for Luke is the only way to stop Reform here.

🏳️⚧️ Proud to have proposed this and to have received unanimous support from young members across our city.
Now more than ever, and at all levels in our party and our movement, we must campaign for trans rights and firmly stand against transphobia.

Grateful to be re-elected Secretary of Leeds Young Labour for a third term!
Important that young workers join and get involved in a union, and know their new rights the Government and trade unions are delivering, including:
🤧 sick pay from day 1 of illness
📑 banning fire and rehire
⏰ right to guaranteed working hours
✊ strengthened union rights
✊ A great time with @The_TUC’s Youth Patrol in Sheffield speaking to young workers about their workplace experiences!
Also great to be joined by comrades from Germany’s Ver.di trade union!
