If Musk can spend $735 million on the elections & over $21 billion to buy twitter…
If Ellison can spend $17 billion to buy CNN & CBS…
If Bezos can spend $500 million on a yacht…
If Brin can spend $102 million against Prop 40…
Don’t tell me they can’t pay a wealth tax.

A private prison company offered Minnesota an empty prison for 75 million dollars. The state said no. Then Trump’s administration paid the same company almost 500 million for it.
The prison has sat empty in Appleton, Minnesota since 2010. Last year CoreCivic emailed the state and offered to sell it for 75 million, upgrades included. Minnesota passed. Fifteen months later, Homeland Security bought it for an ICE detention center at 495.6 million.
How could this be? You guessed it. CoreCivic gave half a million dollars to Trump’s inaugural committee. And it still gets paid about 75 million a year to run the place.
Republicans love talking about fraud in Minnesota. JD Vance says his task force is all over it. So where are they on this one? I break it all down in today’s show (link in reply).

Someone stole 420 million of our tax dollars in this money laundering scheme. We spent 70 billion overall and all we got was our healthcare cut.

You'll never guess who has multi-million dollar positions in both of these companies.
The two largest U.S. oil companies, ExxonMobil and Chevron, report blowout profits that easily beat expectations as oil prices remain sharply elevated because of the U.S. war with Iran. nbcnews.com/business/energy/…

Corporate spending on the midterms has ballooned to $737 MILLION.
That's 60% higher than the 2024 presidential election.
Corporations are spending unprecedented amounts to buy influence, determine outcomes and shape policy.
We must get corporate money out of politics.

Dear MAGA, since you're always asking me, "What laws has Trump violated. Be specific."
HERE IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIST
1) The Principle of Non-refoulement is an international law prohibiting a state from returning a person to a place where they would face a real risk of persecution, torture, or other serious harm.
SEE - 1967 Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees, which the U.S ratified in 1968.
2) The Convention Against Torture (CAT) prohibits the removal of any person to a country where they would more likely than not be subjected to torture.

NEW: Our reporting found the recent Starlink outage in Ukraine could be part of an elaborate upsell.
When U.S. officials asked Musk's company about it, they were told the problem could be fixed by upgrading to a new contract.

Do we think it's a coincidence that after two rounds of Trump tax cuts for the richest people in America, the world got its first trillionaire—who's now dumped a record amount of money into influencing our elections?
This is all by design, folks.
Tax the rich. Immediately.

Microsoft got $19 billion in tax breaks from Trump.
It pays a lower federal income tax rate than a teacher.
It’s spending $60 billion on stock buybacks.
Its CEO made $90 million last year.
“Corporations will create jobs if they get tax breaks” is a total scam.
Replying to @FTMDaily
Donald Trump.
He disclosed nearly 29,000 securities trades in the first 17 months of his second term alone (to June 2026), plus thousands more since, far exceeding all of Congress combined. Pelosi’s full career STOCK Act disclosures total a few hundred trades with estimated volume under $300 million.

Nancy Pelosi, who is regularly hammered for her perceived insider trading, has made 213 total trades since 2014. Trump exceeded that number in a single day, which just happened to precede his own tariffs announcement. My latest on the mind boggling self-enrichment:
