The fat black guy from Ghana scammed his way into Canada and then the US got lazy and forgot to fill out his paperwork? No way!
Overstaying a visa for 4 years and not applying for citizenship in that time means he was not here legally. Hope this helps

Go on any Legal Aid website. The current wait time for help on immigration issues is months because their priority is helping illegal aliens and there's a huge backlog of cases now.
There is no help offered to ordinary, law-abiding citizens who need help navigating the system.
He most likely also lied on his visa application. He’s not Canadian he’s from Ghana and should be sent back. Good news: families can be deported together
This has been probably the darkest 24 hours I’ve ever experienced on social media in my life. The things being said about Samuel, his wife, and his small children are unthinkably evil. There is a segment of the so-called “Christian” nationalist crowd that has given itself completely over to Satan. I’ve never had more resolve to defeat these subversive demons invading the Right and invading Christianity.

The church only does this type of thing with black people, I’ve seen it first hand.
But when my fiancée and I have been struggling with the US Visa system for a year (she’s a White and from Australia) the most help I got from the people in my church was “we will pray for you.”
It’s crazy how easy it was for 30 (60?) years to just overstay a visa, live here, work here and never leave or worry about being scooped up by ICE. I wonder how many illegals have had children here that are visa overstays
