Celebrate 30 years of the Lough Rynn Harvest Festival and Vintage Day this Sunday 6 September at Lough Rynn Castle Estate in Mohill, Co Leitrim. Special Ferguson TE20 tractor display, vintage cars and machinery, traditional crafts like boxty making blacksmithing and basket weaving, threshing demos, live music from Gerry Guthrie with jiving competition, family fun including magic shows stilt walkers climbing wall and more, plus hundreds of trade stalls and a country market. Organised by Bornacoola Community Development Association with free shuttles from the car parks. Thousands expected for a true community day out. How to get there by car: From Dublin about 2 hours via the N4/M4 west to the Rooskey and Dromod roundabouts then R202 into Mohill and follow Lough Rynn signs. From Cork about 3.5 hours north. From Galway about 2 hours via the N63 and N61 to Carrick-on-Shannon then on to Mohill.
