This month I am attempting the @CureParkinsonsT 100km Walking Challenge 🚶🏽♂️🚶🏼♂️🚶🏼♀️
I can't resist making a challenge even more difficult, so I am going to juggle a football and play #walkingfootball 2-3 times a week to try and complete the distance ⚽🚶🏻♂️
I've started by walking the ups and downs of my local BMX track ⚽🚶🏻♂️🚴🏼🚴🏻♂️
