#AIDSWatch is officially wrapped — and what a convening it was! 🎉
We are deeply grateful to the nearly 600 participants who joined us in Washington, D.C. for three powerful days of plenaries, workshops, and direct advocacy on Capitol Hill. Your presence, your stories, and your advocacy made this event one for the books.🙏
📊 #AIDSWatch brought together nearly 600 advocates from 42 states and territories for plenaries, workshops, and nearly 250 Congressional meetings on Capitol Hill.
Thank you to all of our sponsors for making this event possible, and a special thank you to ViiV Healthcare for sponsoring our New Advocate Training and Merck for sponsoring our Congressional Reception. Your support made this gathering possible.
From the #AIDSWatch Planning Partners — AIDS United, U.S. People Living with HIV Caucus, and the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation at Harvard Law School — we are grateful to every participant, presenter, and state coordinator who showed up and showed out for our community. See you in 2027! 💪

Who needs a pot of gold when you’ve got pancakes like these? 🍀🥞Yesterday at Huntley Residence, we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with homemade green pancakes, Lucky Charms, and shamrock cards filled with Irish proverbs. The real magic though is in time spent together. 💚 🌈🏠

Across many communities, sex workers continue to face barriers that prevent them from accessing healthcare, protection, and life saving HIV services. Fear of judgment, violence, or criminalization often forces people away from the very systems meant to support them.
When sex workers are respected, protected, and included in health programs, HIV prevention and treatment become more effective for everyone. Community-led responses, peer education, and access to services have proven time and time again that empowerment saves lives.
To end HIV, we must build a world where every person can access healthcare with dignity, without fear or stigma.

High-Level Diplomatic Dialogue Towards a Cervical Cancer-Free Future: The Final Push. CeHDI organised a hybrid session that brought together ambassadors, permanent representatives, senior diplomats, and global health experts for a focused exchange on the diplomatic, political, and strategic actions needed to accelerate cervical cancer elimination.
Co-organized by the Permanent Missions of Barbados, Germany, Guyana, and Malawi, the session discussed the global equity challenges of cervical cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment and highlighted efforts globally and in several countries towards its elimination. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of both South–South and North–South partnerships at this time when global solidarity and multilateralism are eroded.

I’ve been promoted to a U=U Certified Trainer.
U=U means HIV is not passed on sexually when undetectable.
This is the kind of information that changes lives. Let’s make sure more people hear it.
