"Engine" in day to day usage constitutes the ENTIRE locomotive.
No one says "It's engine has broken" - it'll be "THE engine has failed" & that can be in reference to any component going wrong

the new show is interesting, a lot of things i didn't really like, but i understand that this show isn't really aimed at me, so i think it's best to keep focusing on what we like

I'm not blaming the artists of the show for this, but the new sodor feels like a train set rather than a real place,
I don't think it's their fault, cause the sets are build to sell merch rather than the merch buing build around sets, they gotta follow those rules and guidelines
