Hey folks, first time doing this so giving it a whirl! Just launched my Steam curator page Light in the Lobby, honest reviews for my Steam Deck (aka Steam Dad).
Life happened, almost quit gaming entirely... then Valve dropped the Deck. Now I can sneak quick sessions between dad duties without missing a beat.
Goal: Curate games that are fun + run great on Deck (native or tweaked). Helps other busy folks, or anyone bored and looking to play!
First review tomorrow. What's YOUR recent Deck win? 👇 store.steampowered.com/curat… #SteamDeck
So, Steam Frame owners.. any VR game recommendations aside from Alyx? 👀 My account is a bit lack luster in titles, I have Gorn, Budget Cuts and Superhot but that's about it.
Hogwarts Legacy has been getting a lot of views recently on my Steam curator page 👀 I wonder why.. #hogwartslegacy #malfoid #Yearn
I saw someone mention that this apple bite would make a good gif and I agree. I personally prefer sound but I made a gif version because I think a lot of you prefer it.

As soon as I heard Sir Patrick Stewart in this trailer and the score hit.. I knew I was in for something great!

😬 not looking good for the iphone duo… I predict an influx of “this is how you’re supposed to close the fold” soon.
Let me just cut straight through them though, if I can’t close this thing like a book IT was design wrong 😅
The iPhone Duo just failed at around 75,000 folds in an independent durability test, At 100 folds a day, 75,000 cycles would be just over two years.
Put that next to Samsung’s numbers and the difference is insane
>iPhone Duo: 75,000 folds in the test
>Galaxy Z Fold8: up to 500,000 folds
That’s over 6× more folding cycles on Samsung’s rating.
A Galaxy Z Fold7 was manually folded 200,000 times and was still functioning at the end of the test
Beat Burai last night and what a fight, the sound effects alone 🤌
Onimusha Way of the Sword is more than playable on the Steam Deck, running Lossless Scaling 2.0 for that extra bit of smoothness and no noticeable issues so far
Onimusha: Way of the Sword needs to be studied! A series with no mainline game in about 20 years came back from the dead with an absolute banger.
The animations are top notch, the bosses are exhilarating, and even the world feels lived in. Capcom just can't miss right now 🙌🏻 GOTY contender for me. #Onimusha #OnimushaWayoftheSword
BioWare is closing. Unfortunate, but not unexpected..
Before everyone had a review for everything, I knew one thing: if it's a BioWare game, it's good. Jade Empire, KOTOR, Mass Effect, SWTOR, I still go back to them to this day.
But honestly, the last time I was hyped for a BioWare game was Mass Effect 3 in 2012. Andromeda let me down, and after that Anthem and Veilguard interested me less and less (Inquisition is still on my list though 😅).
Hopefully something new rises from the ashes #BioWare #MassEffect
I hadn't realized inflation hit the Tales series too. I played Xillia recently and the very first inn was 100 gald 😅

The unspoken rule of double boss fights: keep their health bars even, because if one dies first the other's gonna absorb its fallen comrade and power up 😅
Which game taught you this? For me it was Agni & Rudra from DMC3 👇 #Onimusha #SteamDeck"
Welcome the AYN Thor to the family of dad approved handhelds! 🎮
First impressions coming soon. What should I try first on this bad boy? 👀 #AYNThor #handheldgaming
Also can we bring back transparent shells?
Good I was already thinking that my backlog was getting thin... 😂 Cant wait to try this out!
PC Game Pass games can now install NATIVELY on Steam Deck and Steam Machine 👀 Not cloud gaming — Xodus Nexus brings Microsoft Store games straight to your library 🙌 #SteamDeck #GamePass
