The Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme is meant to be a quick turn around payment to tide people over so they can sue for proper compensation.
How can it take over 5 years to reject people who they admit were harmed by the product.
And they spend more running it than in payouts!
This is terrible.
605 people have now been told the vaccine caused their injury, but they are “not disabled enough”. It offers too little , too late, to too few.

The Issue
Reinstate Dr David Cartland and address concerns about the weaponisation of medical regulation
Dr David Cartland is a much-loved Cornish doctor who became an outspoken advocate for informed consent, bodily autonomy and the principle of “first, do no harm” during the COVID-19 pandemic. He questioned aspects of prevailing medical and public-health policy and sought to advocate for patients who shared concerns about vaccination, treatment and informed consent. He committed no crime, and never hurt a patient.
We believe his case raises serious questions about whether professional regulatory processes can be exploited to silence or marginalise doctors who challenge prevailing consensus.

“GPs threaten to stop giving flu jabs unless they're paid more.”
That headline says it all. What a sad state of the medical profession.
The moment you pay a doctor to deliver an intervention, you've changed why they're doing it. It’s no longer about the health of the patient, but money and income.
Charlie Munger said it best - “show me the incentive and I'll show you the outcome.”
Pay GPs for flu jabs and you get more flu jabs. Not more health. More jabs. Simple.
Once money is on the table, the question stops being "is this good for my patient" and becomes "have I hit my target?".
And it's not just the flu jab. Childhood vaccines. Statins. Beta blockers. Antidepressants. PPIs. GPs are handed targets, and if they don’t hit them, well the bonuses that make or break a practice are now on the line.
Look at paediatricians in the US: Most of their practices are financially viable only because of the income from vaccines.
The second financial incentives enter the consultation room, critical thinking walks out of it as does medical ethics.
Imagine doctors were paid for keeping you healthy, and stopped getting paid when you got sick. I imagine we would all be a lot healthier then…

Today is the 5th anniversary of the day that will live in infamy...
The suspension of my medical licence based on nothing other than my speech.
I promoted early treatment for covid with Hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin, Vit D, and Zinc and Zinc ionophores.
I railed at the lack of scientific evidence for masks and lockdowns ( and the real harms they caused ).
Perhaps worst of all ... I defied the gag order of the regulator ... to point out flaws and dangers of the mandated synthetic gene products.
The destruction of informed consent, and
the abandonment of medical ethics and human rights
compelled me.

Once I understood the grave danger to humanity,
I left my practice so I could speak out.
This led to me being the first doctor in Australia having my licence suspended in Sept 2021.
I sued the Medical Council in 2022 ( In the Supreme Court, without a lawyer, and even in my pyjamas🤣 ...
and got my suspension dropped. )
There was no end to the attacks on my science backed speech by the Health Commission, so I ultimately chose my right to free speech over renewing my registration.

I questioned representatives from AHPRA regarding their heavy-handed and unjustified actions against Dr Amos, an academic psychiatrist from North Queensland.
On 26 February 2026, the Medical Board of Australia slapped immediate restrictions on Dr Amos's medical registration, banning him from patient contact and social media commentary on gender.
This move was triggered by just four complaints (three were anonymous and none were from patients) concerning three X posts — one questioning whether trans identification can be differentiated from psychosis and another using biological pronouns during an exchange.
When I pressed Mr Untersteiner on what specific parts of those posts allegedly posed a "serious risk to public health and safety" to justify an immediate action order, he hid behind confidentiality provisions and refused to discuss individual cases. Even with support from Senator Henderson challenging their secrecy, the agency repeatedly dodged direct questions.
When I asked Dr Orchard whether a health practitioner has the right to refer to biological sex, or if doing so constitutes discrimination, they hid behind vague codes of conduct and social media guidelines instead of giving a straight answer.
AHPRA claims they only intervene when debate crosses into hate or discrimination, yet they couldn't provide a clear set of guidelines defining what they actually consider "misinformation."
I questioned their process of issuing severe penalties before facts are even established or investigations conducted, ultimately destroying doctors' careers over anonymous complaints and standard public commentary.
