So can we all agree to not deny pregnant IBD pts biologics now? First @Y_ECCO_IBD guidelines change & now great study @AnnalsofIM by French group (A. Meyer - 5293 TNF exposed pregnancies). Stopping drug by 24w lead to⬆️dx activity and⬆️preterm birth. Cont. tx➡️healthy 🤰 ➡️👶!
