LA has spent four years asking: Where is our mayor?
When I’m mayor, you won’t have to ask.
LA deserves a city that shows up for us. A Los Angeles that loves us back. Let’s go get it.

It’s time for change.
“Los Angeles deserves leadership that delivers real results, brings people together, and puts Angelenos first. Nithya Raman has shown the courage to challenge the status quo, fight for affordable housing, champion safer streets, and demand greater transparency and accountability in City Hall. I believe our city needs a mayor focused on data-driven solutions, and progress over politics. I’m proud to endorse Nithya because she has a vision for a more affordable, livable, and equitable Los Angeles — and the determination to turn that vision into reality.”

In 2024, voters approved Measure G to transform governance in Los Angeles County.
Today, the Board of Supervisors moved to meet one of Measure G’s most urgent requirements: the establishment of an independent LA County Ethics Commission.
By the end of this year, LA County will:
1) Seat ethics commissioners
2) Establish an Office of Ethics Compliance
3) Send to the ballot a charter amendment to formalize the commission’s long-term independence and structure.

Thanks, @ladailynews for recognizing the need for a leader willing to keep taking on our political system with bold, accountable, leadership.

As a proud Catholic American, I’m outraged.
This administration has neither the moral nor legal authority to make such threats, which are especially disturbing against the first American pope.
NEW: A stunning new report claims that the Pentagon summoned Pope Leo XIV’s top American diplomat and threatened him after the U.S.-born pontiff gave his January state-of-the-world address.
Leo used the address to denounce a world ruled by “a diplomacy based on force” and “zeal for war.”
