Estate of Paul G. Allen Begins Sale Process for Seattle Seahawks
ALT The Estate of Paul G. Allen today announced it has commenced a formal sale process for the Seattle Seahawks NFL franchise, consistent with Allen’s directive to eventually sell his sports holdings and direct all Estate proceeds to philanthropy. The Estate has selected investment bank Allen & Company and law firm Latham & Watkins to lead the sale process, which is estimated to continue through the 2026 off-season. NFL owners must then ratify a final purchase agreement.

Eastbound I-90 is back open between Snoqualmie and North Bend after a slide Wednesday afternoon. Our crews worked hard to clear the cars, slippery mud and debris from I-90. And there's more work to do.

Big update from @wsdot_tacoma after the deadly semi truck crash and closure of I-5 this morning.
Progress on I-5
✅Fire response is completed.
✅Police investigation nearly complete.
✅ 2 lanes of SB are open.
Multiple crews making repairs including to the center wall. Big challenge will be vehicle removal. It was badly damaged in the fire. Northbound I-5 is closed.
