My 1st Principal gig was a PEG list JH a “failing school”
We used athletics to build discipline & a winning mindset. Everything was a competition, rewarding growth & success.
2 years & we were off that list with ⭐️’s
& Several kids are now stars playing D1 sports. 🏀🏈🥎
