Regular exercise is one of the best ways I personally manage my mental health. Netball matches give me a chance to get away from life's stressors, spend some time with my pals, and work for that endorphin hit 👊🏀❤️‍🔥 It was a pleasure to work with @GranadaReports on this one

My thanks to the great team @GMMH_NHS in Manchester taking me through the progress of North View, a new £105M, 150-bed specialist mental health unit. The single occupancy rooms will improve care, leading to shorter lengths of stay for mental health patients across the community.
