15 years ago, I started tweeting regularly. It was a home of sorts; I wished people #HappyBirthtime; I shared #100happydays, musings on #dance and #parenting and 15 years of #totp rebroadcasts. Friends came to #sgsbigparty. We live-tweeted Scarlett’s birth.
It’s time though. I’ve been less and less enamoured of this site for at least a year, and I thought about sticking it out until the madness went away but I don’t think it’s going to go away. I’m over on Bluesky on my usual handle. They say it’s nice there. Onwards and upwards.

I've heard Trump is also requiring personal loyalty oaths and NDA's from everyone who wants to remain employed. Including (wait for it).... all senior officials--generals, admirals, etc--in all the armed forces.
I suspect most of them will be unemployed by Jan 22.

By the way there is a voting hack in 2016 that Snowden published. He didn't create the hack it was a cyber security research company.
They found that a certain machine can be hacked with a voting card.
That year, the states that he magically flipped, that hadn't gone Republican for a president in 1-2+ decades all had these machines. I checked that.
Some other group check to see if the counties without the machines overperformed for Trump. They did not.
Now fast forward to this week I was doing election protection at the polls. I was there all day.
A guy's in line at 90 minutes out from voting and he has a voter card that you use in the machine -- in his pocket.
You cannot get that card till you go to the front of the line and you register. So why did he have this card in his pocket?
I'm not saying correlation is causation but it is highly suspicious and when I went to get a poll worker to help him to see what he's supposed to do that he has his voting card he left.
