I miss the days when my YT suggestions weren’t filled with badly AI-generated thumbnails and stupid video titles. 🤦‍♂️

This is unjust.
Got to feel for the women javelin throwers - their last DL competition before the final (25/26 August) is... 3 June!

Broadbell moves to Kentucky to train with Lonnie Greene. Will the coach of the two world record holders bring the best out of the Olympic bronze medalist? youtu.be/S5XfKDUMuwE?si=QPiC…

The evolution of the men’s 400m hurdles has been extraordinary. Here are the sub-47 performances by year (1990-2026). From the dawn of time until 2017, there was just one sub-47. In 2026 alone, there were 15. For extra context: 2017 had just 1 sub-48. 2026 has had 58 sub-48s.

Did a COMBINED Women's 100/200 career ranking. Criteria: Olympics, Worlds, marks, longevity. (everyone here has at least 2 medals). NOT Factored: 60, 400, 4x1, 4x4, Indoors, World Cup, Commonwealth, Euros, USAs, Diamond, etc. Got live feedback so not 100% my list (but like 90%)

Oh? This is surprising.
Going out on top 🫶 Four-time Australian 100m champion Rohan Browning has today called time on his storied career, with the sprint king signing off in style following Commonwealth Games gold in Glasgow. 📰👉bit.ly/Browning-Retirement #AthleticsNation

Can’t believe that’s the track season wrapped up for another year. World indoors feels like yesterday but so long ago at the same time. So many different storylines and unexpected twists and turns. So many rising stars. Others cementing their legacy. What a season!

Somehow I only made it to one event this year. I’ll never forget the sound as Josh Kerr ran past my section of the stadium. I’m sure my ears are still ringing!

What a super September for Klaudia Kazimierska as she adds the Athlos Mile to her DL final and ultimate crowns. Outfoxing Georgia hunter bell who she now leads 4-3 in clashes this year.

OK, so we’ve completely dismantled poor Zoe Hobbs’ technique and form. Any chance of getting onto the new event?
