‼️NOR’EASTER BREWING OFF THE OBX with IMPERIAL FORCES SPOTTED OFFSHORE 🌊 A nor’easter is expected to develop off the Carolina coast late Sunday, bringing strong winds, rough surf, and coastal flooding concerns to the Outer Banks (OBX) early next week.
