I think what Lucy's pissed off with, like me and lot of other people, is that the Government has lost control of the borders and are attempting to 'gas light' people into believing something that isn't true, whilst persecuting and labeling the people that raise the issue as 'far right'; Lucy Connolly; Tommy Robinson & Tommo. Whether it was right or wrong - she signed document which stated she understood the situation but accepted she should plead guilty with the intention to incite racial violence. This was not a decision she made as she climbed the steps into the dock but a decision she made some weeks before she was required to plead.
She now regrets it but despite a very unusual chance to appeal three very senior judges did not believe her evidence that she was misled.
She took a chance and now has to live with the consequences.
Most of us have made mistakes in our lives and we have learned to live with them - she should do the same.
By the way although a lawyer I have never represented anyone in my 60 year career.
