Most athletes don't underperform because they lack the ability...
They underperform because no one taught them how to handle emotions, adversity, or pressure.

Running is the best method I know for people to learn that they can be so much more than they ever dreamed they could be.

On Aug. 31, International Overdose Awareness Day, my son Jacob & I are releasing our film project: NO FAMILY IS IMMUNE. It tells the story of my son Justin who died after a 7-year battle with addiction. He was 21.
Justin always wanted his experience to help others. We are being his voice.

Struggling to understand why 5 @HfxRegPolice and a k9 were in our backyard last night, going through our stuff and appear to have broken one of our shed doors without any explanation. They left our gate unlatched and shed door wide open (because they broke it).
To be clear on the “appear to have broken the shed” remark. It was NOT broken yesterday. Nor was it left open yesterday. This door was locked from the inside. The only people in the yard other than myself and my husband are these police officers.
