There's too much focus on what we eat rather than where what we eat comes from. Plant-based vs meat is far too simple and doesn't take into account how products are grown and their impact on the planet. We need to start asking more questions about where our food comes from.

That box schemes have had to stop taking on new customers shows unmet demand. The UK really must vastly expand its horticulture sector on sustainable lines. In my book Feeding Britain I suggest doubling or trebling. Must be part of Food Plan.
