Wow. Learning curve was much easier. Approx 5 min to get a single room in. Need to play with it for the whole house though to see if it has the same breadth of 3D objects etc…. Unnamed room Internal floor area 15.8m², perimeter 17.3m. Locometric RoomScan

Right now, the best thing for me with the iPhone 12 Pro is the Lidar function. You can create laser-accurate floor plans. Have also scanned new house which we can put into life size AR to test out new furniture ideas. It’s the future.
