Now that was an eventful but eventually disappointing attempt at attending an official visit on the Isle of Wight. Defeated by the weather. The mainland team, down but never out. Back at Southampton. @HantsMason @UGLE_GrandLodge @solentmasons @jw_hamble Osborne Lodge No. 2169
Members of @LodgeFootball attending Pudbrook Lodge at Botley where they kindly carried out the Raising of one our own, Mike Revitt (centre). Bill and Paul forgot to put their jewels on and Brian Durrant made sure that EVERYONE knew about it 🫢😅🫢😅. – at Fareham, England

Very sad this evening. I went into Grand Lodge, with my family, for a drink. Got talking to a Brother about what their night held and he told me they had finished their meeting where they handed their warrant back😕Their meeting before was attended by 3 members and 3 guests🙁
It really doesn't get any better than this. A superb Installation meeting with full stands. Enhanced by an OV by one of our Honorary Members, @HantsMason APGM Ian Preece and his escort. Following the great atmosphere we also had interest from 3 joining members! Just brilliant.
And our APGM announced that one our past DCs, @BillStarkey1705 had just been appointed as Acting Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies by the PGM. Good luck in your new role Bill. 9921 strength to strength.
