Before the election, the primary tool for ousting @netanyahu was the mobilization of the Haredim, which led many supporters of his bloc to vote for the kaplanists. Since the election, a means to topple Bibi is exemption of Haredim from military service. The promise of conscription and the call for an “alliance of the servers“ was their only positive platform point; consequently, they have nothing left and are now following a new directive from Kaplan, running a campaign centered on health rumors. Likud’s pre-election videos were weak. For instance, one showed @gadi_eisenkot voting in favor of patriotic proposals, which are blocked only because Mansour is against. The videos failed to highlight the dangers posed by a government essentially led by the Kaplan council, a puppet of which Eisenkot himself is. Furthermore, this is irrelevant if a thin government were formed (G-d forbid) without Mansour inside. @itamarbengvir focused on the dangers of a Likud victory... Smotrich’s approach was better.
