Runners looking out for runners! 🩷 Ryan Burt-Allen came to the aid of Nicky Ripley at last Sunday’s Vitality London 10,000 after she had stopped near the Finish Line with what she thought was severe shin splints. When Nicky told him she still wanted to finish her run, Ryan took it upon himself to help her across the line to collect her finisher’s medal. After the event, Nicky was taken to St Thomas’ Hospital by St John’s Ambulance where it was confirmed she had broken her leg! Our runners are in this together 👏
