Ultimately indices are a way of aggregating belief and making a new instrument that tracks the underlying assets that make up the index
@PoiseFinance we're building a fee printing engine that will allow users to create bins of tokenized assets based on their thesis, whether stocks, @PreStocks, leveraged tokens, exotic tokens (like Hype on solana) individually or with group of friends and earn from their thesis
Beta testing has started ongoing with a select group of day 1 perpspad supporters and we're acting on feedback and building to optimize user experience
Lets win
S&P Dow Jones Indices and Kalshi are joining forces to build the next generation of financial markets.
The Dow launched in 1896. The S&P 500 in 1957. The idea was simple: bring individual stocks together into a single benchmark, giving people a clearer view of the broader market.
Over time, products built around those benchmarks transformed investing. Index funds, ETFs, futures, and options gave investors ways to gain diversified market exposure and hedge broad market swings.
These indices became foundations of global finance. More than $20 trillion is indexed or benchmarked to the S&P 500 alone.
Today, this structure extends beyond stocks to bonds, commodities, currencies, and more.
The next step is to bring that structure to the events that shape everyone’s lives.
Through this partnership, S&P Dow Jones Indices and Kalshi will work together to create indices composed of Kalshi event contracts.
Think about what that opens up.
An index of political power. An index of supply chain risk. An index tracking AI’s impact on employment. An index of sports outcomes that affect broadcasters, advertisers, cities, and small businesses. An index of weather risks that shape harvests, energy demand, and business revenues.
Each would bundle event contracts into a single indicator, helping people understand how related risks are evolving.
Over time, products built around these indices could offer diversified exposure to those events and new ways to hedge their impact.
The events that shape our lives could become as easy to track and gain exposure to as the S&P 500.

Compiler diff in sbpf-eye just got an upgrade!
Instead of only comparing builds across sBPF versions, sbpf-eye now supports compiler profiles, allowing comparisons across different toolchains and compiler configurations.
Below is a diff between Anza v3 and Blueshift v3:

Perpspad was built on one idea: what you pair a coin against says what you believe.
Perps, stocks, RWAs. It's been the home for conviction pairing since day one.
Now we're expanding what you can pair against. Heres a technical look at what we're building.
Until now, a pair could express one view: one stock, one perp, one asset. With the perp basket feature been live on perpspad since day 1, we’re expanding on this feature.
We’re not just enabling underlying asset backing with baskets, we’re introducing conviction tokens.
Real conviction is usually a combination. "AI" isn't one ticker. Neither is "bull run".
So we're making the combination itself pairable.
@PoiseFinance an engine for tokenising convictions.
A bin is 4–5 tokenized assets (stocks, commodities, RWAs, crypto) with fixed target weights issued as a single SPL token that can be minted by depositing the underlying tokens and redeened for them at any time
Each SPL token is backed by the underlying tokens held onchain, and its value is the bins's combined NAV (Net Asset Value).
The NAV comes from what the vault actually holds. Not from a pool's spot price, and not from target weights. Pools can quote a bin. They don't get to define what it's worth.
At creation, the SPL token is minted and a pool is created on @MeteoraAg in the same flow, so a bin is tradable the moment it exists.
A keeper then watches market price against the NAV of the bin and rebalances them when they drift.
what does this mean for @perpspadfun:
On Perpspad, a bin becomes a quote option.
Launch a coin against a bin as an option , currently we have three options for token launches, and it inherits the bin's and narrative. Every trade that routes through a bin generates fees, the minted SPL tokens goes to the person who created the bin and also to Perpspad protocol to feed the flywheel.
Perpspad is the first home for bins. Conviction pairing.
@MainJeefx and I already built the infra during super team Georgia startup week, we’re fully fleshing out the idea now.
Powered by @sunrise and @MeteoraAg, we’re excited to be building and expanding perpspad on @solana.
Shout out to
@sudotx @lordghostx for being a very important part and contributing to this project, @PoiseFinance
Read the paper here: github.com/adpthegreat/poise…
NOTE: poise will strictly be focused on providing the infra possible to conviction type bins.
There is no and will not be any token for poise. Every fee, revenue will be routed to @perpspadfun
We will win forever

I thought It'd be fun so I added a compiler diff mode to sbpf-eye a while back
It builds the same solana program across sBPF targets and compares the generated binaries

My favorite company is shutting down 😔 tis a sad day
Today, we’re sharing a difficult update. OpenBB is winding down as a company. At the same time, we are committing to release the OpenBB product suite under a permissive open-source license.
That includes OpenBB Workspace, OpenBB Copilot, OpenBB Excel Add-in, and Open Data Platform.
OpenBB began as an open-source project built to give people and firms more control over their investment-research environments. Over the past five years, it grew into products used across financial data, research workflows, AI, and an ecosystem of applications created by our partners and community.
We were not able to build a sustainable business around that vision. But the technology the team built should not disappear.
The open-source releases will allow developers, data providers, individuals, and financial institutions to use, modify, deploy, and build on the OpenBB stack. We are still finalizing the release order, license details, repository structure, and long-term stewardship of each project. We will share more as that work is completed.
To every customer, contributor, partner, investor, and former teammate: thank you. You shaped OpenBB and helped create work that will continue beyond the company.

Grantline is live on the X Layer Testnet.
I’m building programmable financial authorisation for AI agents: they propose Action Plans, Mandates define the boundary, and Grantline returns ALLOW, ESCALATE, or DENY before controlled capital moves.
1/10
Today we’re launching Grantline on X Layer (@XLayerOfficial).
Grantline is the programmable financial authority for AI agents. It lets an agent propose actions without giving it unrestricted control of a wallet.
AI proposes. Grantline authorises.

Most Solana transaction infra still works like this: guess a fee, spray RPCs, and hope the transaction lands before the blockhash expires.
I built Surge for the @SuperteamNG Smart Transaction Stack bounty to replace that with a closed-loop transaction delivery system.

It's finally time 🚀
I'm starting a new series where I'll be breaking down technical concepts in a simple, practical way, starting with Docker.
This video explains what Docker is, why companies use it, and why it's become a must-know tool for developers.
Tomorrow, I'll be dropping a detailed article, and in the next video, we'll Dockerize a real project together.
This is just the beginning. I'd love your feedback, and if you find it helpful, a repost would mean a lot. ❤️
Now, Docker in a job description won't look so scary anymore. 😂
