According to Dave Meltzer, Saudi Arabia moved WWE Crown Jewel to another venue because they felt an indoor venue would be safer than an outdoor one.
Okay, but here's my question.
If you're still holding the event in Riyadh, in the same region where there are ongoing security concerns, how much safer is it really?
Especially when airports and other buildings have been targets of attacks in the region. Even Dave mentioned that "you can still bomb a building."
If safety is genuinely the concern, wouldn't it make MORE sense to move the event out of Riyadh altogether? I mean, wouldn't relocating the show to an entirely different location be the safest alternative than simply moving it to another building in the same city?
Someone explain to me how this makes sense. Because it doesn't.

What a heartbreaking week it has been. Sir Patrick Stewart was a friend, a colleague, and a magnificent actor. From the stage to the bridge of the Enterprise, he brought intelligence, grace, and a deep sense of humanity to everything he did. Captain Picard stood for the best of us, and so did the man who played him. I was filled with affection and admiration for him and his work.
My heart goes out to Sunny and his family. He will be deeply missed.
