Radio silence is not helpful @HiveHomeUK…. The app functionality is not working at all and the customer care team advised its a signal issue despite having it installed for 7 years with no issues!

@GMB she has now been in isolation twice (14 days out each time) since October half term due to positive tests within her bubble... she is now downloading work at home again with NO virtual lessons and often work not given to her in time for her lesson – at Taverham, England
@GMB she already suffers with anxiety and this has increased due to the lack of direction from the government on exams in 2021, please just help them to be the best they can be!
