Visible, Invisible or Hidden? My scars have always been ‘Hidden’ due to being told to keep them out of the sun. Also being told by random others that I can cover up. This didnt help me as a young girl growing up in an excluded society. Check out my insta for more love_disfigure

Looking forward to the Paralympics. I genuinely believe that burn survivors should be given the opportunity to become paralympians. As a burn survivor that swam competitively as a child, my struggles were real. My reach and turning my head was much less than others #Paralympics
