After 4 years of effort, I'm happy to announce that one of the final secrets of the PS2 has been broken wide open!
It's been a long process of decapping, optical dumping, and now at last a software solution.
Thank you Libby for finding the exploit from our dirty optical dumps!

Fun fact. The XboxHD+ has negative latency for some video modes where the frame timing differs between HDMI and analog output.
Replying to @BringBackBanjoK
All current HDMI mods add at least an additional frame of latency, that is one of the main reasons the N64 exists!
Over a thousand orders shipped and thousands of kits packed. The final drop-off was completed this morning, and we’re officially caught up! 🥳
Thank you for your patience and support.
