Pete Crow-Armstrong says the mental side of baseball is still the part he struggles with most, and says heβs hired a mental skills coach to help with his process because if he unlocks that part he could reach Aaron Judgeβs tier
βThatβs probably the last piece to the puzzle for me. I know my swing is always going to, I could be Aaron Judge, and his swing doesnβt always feel great. So the mental part really feels like the last thing that can take me to another level.β
βThatβs what Iβm still figuring out. I donβt really know yet. Iβve done the therapy thing. Iβve talked to mental-skills people. But thereβs definitely always something that drives you. I love playing baseball, and I love how difficult the sport is. Thereβs something new about it every day. Youβre constantly learning. Youβre making do with what youβve got that day, and I think thatβs super special.β
βHonestly, the days you wake up feeling like death are probably my favorite days, because youβre like, βHow are you going to make this work today?β But Iβm not really the one to talk about the mental side of things just yet, because I struggle with that the most. So I just try to take little bits and pieces from dudes I admire, mostly guys on my team.β
βLast year, Justin Turner was a big one, just because he has so many years of experience. But Nico Hoerner is probably somebody whose mindset I admire the most. He talked to me about being kind to yourself and being emotionally aware, because the season is so long. You forget how youβre actually feeling sometimes when everything is about baseball.β
βHeβs like your model baseball player. If I had kids, Iβd be like, βWatch how he runs to first base and then comes back to the dugout.β Heβs wired all the time. He lets his emotions out when the time calls for it, but other than that, heβs super stoic. So I lean on him very heavily.β

Strike throwing does not work against an On Base-styled team.
Monster pitching staff that gets Kβs and limits comfy swings.
Putting the ball in play was not a plus for Tampa.
Defense was a wash.
The top 5 best players, 4 wore Brewers uniforms.
Series was not a good matchup.

THIS MORNING!
His ears cut off.
Beaten.
Shot in the back.
Stabbed.
This morning, cattle farmer Donovan Marx was viciously attacked on his farm between Potchefstroom and Ventersdorp in the North West. He was severely beaten. His ears were cut off. He was shot in the back/shoulder (doctors were still trying to remove the bullet) and stabbed in the leg with a sharp object. Heβs fighting for his life in a Potchefstroom hospital.
A family member left the farm shortly before 8am. Attackers then struck. A farm worker was tied up but managed to free himself and raise the alarm. The attackers fled in Marxβs truck. Theyβre still free. VF Plus says the full details of the torture are so disturbing they wonβt even publish them.
This is not βordinary crime.β This is the same pattern of extreme brutality; ears severed, severe beatings, shootings, stabbings that has been targeting White farmers for years. English media is already silent. No front-page outrage. No presidential condemnation. If the roles were reversed, it would dominate news for weeks.

There will be wars and rumors of wars very soon.
There will be constant emergencies.
Some will be real and some will be false.
The purpose will be the same: to strip you of your rights. Your cash. Your conscience.
Remember the COVID plandemic?
Don't fall for it again.

I will never get over how funny it is that people with cushy high paying jobs ruin it for themselves because they want to film βday in the lifeβ videos to get attention on social media, instead of doing their job and getting paid quietly π
So Meta is also there with Microsoft, what a routine.
Arrived, logged in, munching, breakfast, Work for 30 min, again coffee break, again potty break, munching, lunch, work for 30 mins, again break.
It's story of everywhere not just microsoft, if you are recording your whole day then when you are working?
What pisses me off more than anything is, despite the load he is carrying, he is initially kind.
Heβs more than happy to stop doing what heβs doing to take his phone out and tell the guy what time it is.
And then this prick pranks him.

What really got me was how helpful Walt Z the Red Baron employee was.
He stopped what he was doing and gave the "prankster" the time with a smile on his face.
Only to be "pranked" with a 'fraud scam' prank.
It almost seemed like he thought the guy was trying to fist bump him as a thank you and he went in to fist bump back.
Only for it to be revealed he was "stolen" from.

Trevor Plouffe said Jacob Misiorowski should have come in to close out Game 4
John Smoltz then said anyone who thinks Misiorowski should have pitched in Game 4 loses all credibility and should never talk about baseball again
