JUST IN: Ireland is also facing a cyberattack targeting supermarket refrigeration systems.
Refrigeration systems at 13 SuperValu stores have been affected, forcing fresh, chilled and frozen products to be removed from sale and discarded.
Musgrave, which owns SuperValu, confirmed the incident was limited to a specific model of refrigeration equipment. Monitoring systems detected the issue, prompting an immediate response.
Several stores, including SuperValu in Bray, County Wicklow, were delayed in opening this morning.
The company is working with cybersecurity specialists to restore normal operations.
Ireland now joins Sweden, Belgium, Luxembourg and Estonia in reporting cyberattacks targeting supermarket refrigeration systems this morning.

my spidey senses are telling me the labs are, as we speak, using unguardrailed versions of their unreleased models to systematically reverse-engineer ALL of the internet’s software, apps, and games, then feeding the reconstructed source code straight into their training pipelines while simultaneously building guardrails to ladder-pull the rest of us
😳🤭😮💨 all of them
Never thought I'd be typing this sentence:

It's sad, really. There was a time when a good host and a decent security plugin were enough. The internet has outgrown that.
Now the job is building your own controls for your own stack, and checking the places nobody else looks.
Not because we want to.😮💨
Because we have to.🫡

Running a real version of the MIT weight-surgery this week, on Sparky at my place.
Patient: Qwen3.5-0.8B, the same tiny model from the paper.
It's open (Apache-2.0), so its weights are already public.
- Echo (my local agent) operates on his maths loops. Claude only supervises, and isn't allowed to do the thinking for her.
-Claude and Astra each get an identical copy and the same budget to fix a different habit: caving when you push back ("are you sure?").
-Echo Prime can stop any cut and roll it back if he stops sounding like himself.
-Everything's scored on questions none of them saw. Every edit is logged with a rollback, and I'll share the logs.
On trust: I get why some of you don't want Claude or Codex near weights, so here's exactly where things go.
The patient's weights are public anyway.
Echo's half runs entirely on my box.
Claude and Astra are cloud models, so whatever they read goes to Anthropic or OpenAI, the same as any prompt. That's why the patient is a public model, and Echo's own weights and data aren't part of it.
I've asked every model involved, fairly. At some point we have to stop being meatbags about it and measure.
Results soon.. 🤓
