Jerry Keefe’s press conference following @GoNUmhockey’s 4-3 OT win over Boston College:
Jerry Keefe’s post game press conference after @GoNUmhockey falls 3-2 in overtime to BC:
END OF PER 2:
Score: 2-2
SOG: 33-10 BC
Shots in Per: 19-6
Goals from Marques (3) and Hajibi (2)
A gutsy period from @GoNUmhockey to battle back and tie this game up.
@wrbbsports
Per 2 (03:54): Matching minors to Joaquim Lemay (unnecessary roughness) and Jake Sondreal (unsportsmanlike conduct). 4-on-4.
Per 2 (09:04): NOR Goal -- Amine Hajibi scores on the PP to tie this game back up. Hajibi with his second of the year. After a wretched 1st per NU has showed some fight getting back even in the 2nd.
Per 2 (10:46): Behind the play Joe Connor and Luka Radivojevic get called for matching roughings. 4-on-4 hockey.
Per 2 (10:39): BC goal Alex Pelletier. Northeastern defense make a terrible d-zone turnover lead to easy goal. Northeastern Challenges for offsides.
Per 2 (15:47): NOR Goal --- Miguel Marques cuts the BC lead in half with a goal off his skate to make it 2-1 and give life. That's Marques' team leading 3rd of the season.
END OF PER 1:
Score: 2-0 BC
SOG: 14-4
Goals From: Vanhanen (3) and Conmy (2)
Northeastern struggled to gain any puck possession in the frame and played most of the per in their own end. Zacher allowed 2 goals in less than 3 minutes due to poor rebounds.
@wrbbsports
Per 1 (11:10): BC penalty, Casy Mutryn (minor: Tripping). Northeastern with a chance to spit the 2-goal lead.
