Hi everyone! With James’ birthday approaching, I’ve been receiving quite a few DMs regarding permission to use my photos and videos. I’ve replied to some inquiries, but due to the number of messages, some may be missed. So I’ve put together these guidelines for future reference. 1. Any commercial use or use for profit is prohibited. My photos and videos may not be used to produce or sell goods for profit. 2. AI generation, AI processing, and unauthorized editing or modification are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, AI-generated images, AI expansion, AI editing or enhancement, removing the original watermark, re-editing or altering the content, and adding another watermark. 3. Photos may be used for non-profit fan support projects. This includes LED ads, subway ads, SNS ads, birthday cafés, and similar projects. Please make sure to give proper credit. For fan support designs and freebies, normal cropping, layout adjustments, adding text, and minor color adjustments are allowed. 4. Small quantities of freebies for non-profit purposes are allowed. Please make sure to give proper credit. 5. No separate permission is required for simple sharing or reposting on other social media platforms. For any other use not covered above, please contact me via DM. As DMs may occasionally be missed or replies may be delayed, please refer to this notice as the current guideline for photo and video usage. Thank you for appreciating my photos and videos, and for respecting the work and effort of all creators. 🤍
