Game 4 Friday evening at 6:45pm at WellSpan Park! Orange team with a 2-1 series lead heading into Friday.
I want to thank our 2025 Fall Program Sponsors. JMar Landscaping, Wisehaven Swimming Pool, Glove Mechanics, and Heather Bradley at Core Partners Realty. We appreciate your support!
The MBD Fall Instructional Program kicked off last evening. A fully internal program bringing 23 players together across 7 weeks for instruction, gameplay, event days, and the first ever Black & Orange WS.
MBD is hosting Davidson College H.O.F. infielder, former pro player, and current Rangers scout Jay Heafner for a hitting development call to kick off our summer group program. All players joining a group, along with current MBD Program Players, are invited to attend.
Proud to be a sponsor for the 2025 Crushing Cancer Baseball Classic this past weekend hosted by the York Revolution at WellSpan Park. Two great days of baseball for eight local HS teams, PSU York, and PSU Wilkes Barre. Look forward to continuing to support baseball development!
I want to congratulate Zak Kent, RHP for the Cleveland Guardians on making his ML debut yesterday. Drafted Zak out of VMI in the 9th rd. in 2019. Talented right hander and a tremendously hard worker. Much deserved.
Summer Player Development Groups with MBD. A great way to pause once a week during your summer ball season and focus on the specifics of your development. An experienced instructor rotation guiding small groups of similarly skilled and same position players.
Announcing MBD Summer Player Development Opportunities. Please reach out for more information on our programs.
Good luck to Zak this season! Spring 2019 covering the Mid Atlantic, woke up on a Sunday morning in Richmond, VA w/two options: 95 north towards home, or west to scout Zak at VMI. I chose west and saw one of the best outings of my scouting career. Stuff, compete, projection!
If we see a confident, healthy, Zak Kent taking the mound (with swagger) for the @CleGuardians, he could be on his way to finally achieving the MLB dream he’s been working towards his entire life.

Thank you to @fox43 and @RyanJYe for reaching out and talking baseball, scouting, and player development with me. Enjoyed the segment and look forward to seeing more this Sunday on the Sports Frenzy!
With the #WorldSeries all wrapped up, the championship celebrations are sparking fond memories for one York native who won with the @Rangers as a scout back in 2023 🏆
More on @FOX43 and @FOX43Sports on how he's now using his pro experience to give back:

Awesome time yesterday speaking to players of the Lower Chanceford fall program and joining in on their practice. Look forward to contributing to their development moving forward and continuing to teach and grow the game at all levels!
Everything MBD is working to do is through the points of development and growing the game. Just getting started!
Worked with @Big26Baseball in a speaking role at their tryout in Lancaster, PA as well as at the main event in Harrisburg, PA. Enjoyed welcoming players at arrival, showing them the 2023 WS Ring, and interacting with players and staff on and off the field throughout the event.
Met with several recreation and travel programs to help set a good foundation for the direction of their program while working to establish player and coaching plans that will help get the best out of their players while having fun and teaching key points of development.
Had speaking engagements with local high school business classes, camps @coachshehan , and events where I detailed my experience working in athletics, held a Q&A, shared great stories from the professional scouting trail, and provided advice on topics in sports and life.
