All too often #leaseholders are left (quite literally) in the dark about the remediation of the building in which they live, w/ remediation often taking yrs. Below report lists key the key steps needed to ensure remediation focuses on the leaseholder & learns from past mistakes.

1/5 And not to be forgotten in the #BuildingSafetyCrisis, on 29 November the Commons will consider the Ground Rents Bill. We can expect much whining from major freeholders and managing agents about the abolition of ground rents and will deprive buildings of their management.
