My version of chin ups.
I can’t move or feel anything from the top of my shoulders down so I’m only using tiny muscles in my shoulders and top of my back pull the bar.
It’s only a small amount of weight but it’s pushing my body like never before. A new challenge.

The Head Up collar is a new type of brace that combines the features of a soft and a rigid cervical collar. It allows movement of the neck due to the flexibility afforded by a softer brace, whilst still giving the support of a more rigid style of collar.
