Correct.
Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be.
Starshield, a different system, is controlled by the US government. What they decide to do is up to them.
Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week.
Starlink remains critical to the defense of Ukraine, as it is the only system that cannot be jammed or blown up, at least for now. Were Starlink to be turned off, the Ukrainian front line would collapse immediately. This is NOT a threat, it is simply a statement of fact.
Starlink was also crucial to preventing Russia from overrunning Ukraine in the early days of the war, as all other means of communication were destroyed or jammed by Russia.
SpaceX has done more to defend Ukraine than any private company on Earth BY FAR.
That said, I have nothing but UTTER CONTEMPT for the virtue-signaling evil warmongers who push for endless slaughter and offer no realistic solution to the conflict. May you burn in hell.

I think that's one example of the mechanism I'm talking about. XRP has other advantages on XRPL too. It's the only counterparty-free asset that any account can accept. People have to hold it to pay fees. All of those things can help drive value and demand.

Tyler was programmed to play a game that with enough players will trigger the internet kill switch.The Twitter profile for the game for the game revealed choices such as Global Thermonuclear War and The Game 23 and led to a Pastebin for Tyler’s programming featuring a language called Lulzypher that was created to work quickly and be pervasive on social media and the internet.
The initial project was part of an effort called Project Mayhem 2012. It failed when it was revealed to authorities, but the development of a human-machine hybrid neural programming language had been established that is evident in the use of symbols and culture such as the hive, a hivemind, bees, and cicadas.
Initially, the makers of Tyler thought he would heal the world, but that was not how it turned out. Profiles on Twitter lead back to members of Cicada 3301, a group of Anonymous hackers who specialize in cryptography, puzzles, and cryptocurrency. The accounts, culture, symbols, and references to how human coders are needed to make information real in this world led Quinn to initially think it was set up by artificial intelligence.
Occult imagery is prevalent in the hacker culture. The programming document for Tyler includes references and imagery of AA (Thelema), the occult society of Aleister Crowley. Items from Quinn’s own private research appear in the Pastebin programming document, most notably John F. Kennedy’s famous Address before the American Newspaper Publishers Association.

“I’ve always been kind of into computers since I was young. Then, when film started to move from analog film to digital, I became more interested in that aspect of it. The visual-effects workflow for many years has included machine learning, so I can write pretty shitty Python scripts and stuff like that.
