Introducing UNWASHED BYSTANDERS by Frank Manznano A collection of 300 artworks exploring how we perceive and interpret strangers through fragmented images, captured from a distance and transformed into strange, almost unrecognizable figures. The artworks are made from photographs of strangers Frank captured on the streets, from hundreds of feet away, mostly at night, using a digital lens at 25x magnification. He then manipulates the details, transforming the images into ambiguous figures. Despite their obscurity, the images invite us to make sense of what remains, filling in the gaps with our own interpretations. The artist @manznano is based ina Chicago and trained in film and photography at Columbia College. His practice spans abstract and conceptual digital compositions, with previous series including New Topology, Partial Recall and lot more. Unwashed Bystanders is launching on @opensea in collaboration with The Daily Program @dailydotxyz on November 4.
