I can just see every non-tech person who barely knows what a terminal is debating with AI about whether to use caching in their new "super app." 💀
It’s hard enough just explaining what a cache even is to them.
Do you guys ever mow the lawn? Gardeners are still making good $$

Social media is flooded with posts about the "end of software" and developers getting depressed because their years of learning went to waste.
They didn't.

I am 33. I wrote my first lines of code as an obsessed 12-year-old. 21 years down the drain? Not a chance.
I spent countless hours learning languages, design patterns, and architecture. But above all, I learned how to solve hard problems.
🎉 First paying customer for my AI construction lead app! No payment gateways yet, just a manual invoice.
Simplicity first. Client said the market needed this. My app saves his time.
Traded a small discount for a testimonial + backlink, and might even build their new site!
1/ On Aug 17 my site had ~540 daily impressions at an average position of 8. On Aug 18 it had ~5, at position 50.
Same pages, same queries, down ~28 spots. Including my own brand name.
That was day one of Google's August 2026 spam update.
I set a 200 PLN monthly budget for Google Places lookups. I burned through it in eight days.
Every investment in my database got a phone number pulled up front. Around 300 lookups a day, most of them for records nobody ever opened.
Now I only ask when someone clicks.
GDELT hands me every news article on earth, every 15 minutes.
Send all of that to an LLM and you go broke before your first user.
A dumb keyword filter kills ~99% of the stream for free.
With LLM products the margin lives in the code you write before the API call.

I built an app that turns public building permits and tenders into leads, so equipment and material firms can reach an investor before the first shovel hits the ground.
I dropped it into Polish industry groups on Facebook while it was still ugly.
10 testers in a few days.
It’s true that, thanks to AI, I’ve recently built several business applications, which are genuinely useful and actually being used - ten times faster than before.
But sometimes I feel sad, because I miss the days when I had to spend two days figuring out an algorithm myself :(.

To właśnie eliminacje budują medialność klubu, generują największe zainteresowanie kibiców i windują wskaźnik EEAT wiadomo gdzie.
Jeszcze mi ktoś tweety do zakładek dodawał o braku walkowera, by później je wyjmować 😵💫
Europejskie puchary to inny świat, emocje i zainteresowanie. Chyba wszyscy sami to dziś zauważyli 👍
Hej Lech! 🤠
Just bought budowo.pl 🏗️
My system scans news + government registries to find construction investments - then texts machine owners about jobs in their radius.
One tester already landed a contract this way.
Now: landing page, content engine (keyword research ✅), and cold calls.
Boring industry. Real money. Building it in public.
Most construction companies discover projects too late.
So I built an AI system that scans the internet daily for new investments and potential contracts.
It uses my own filtering engine + AI enrichment to surface opportunities early.
Yesterday I spoke with several companies.
A few already joined the pilot and now receive SMS alerts every day.
The interesting part:
I genuinely don’t know yet if this will help them win more contracts.
But if it works… this probably expands far beyond construction. 👀

I've finally finished the alpha version of my browser game, Lumina Clash, and you can now play!
In the alpha version, I created a desktop-only version. If there's interest, I'll create a dedicated mobile version and release it on Google Play and the App Store.
Send me any comments and suggestions!

To fenomen.

Yesterday, I launched a portal with local classifieds for my village and nearby areas.
I'm glad that there's already been some activity and people have started posting announcements.
