i don't listen to podcasts to learn something beneficial, in fact i am actively against bettering myself. i listen to podcasts to hear two complete freaks who are overfamiliar with each other spout nonsense for 50 minutes, and then, in time, to adopt their speech patterns myself

I relate to President Obama so much because if I ever became president my biggest and frankly only post-presidency move would be telling everyone my favorite TV shows like it’s the law now.

There’s a lot of reasons why the ai children’s book upsets me: lack of respect for the arts, disrespecting the craft of making children’s books etc. Most of all, it’s the idea that children don’t deserve media that takes time and effort to create. They deserve better.

George Lucas must have been so mad in 2002 when Lord of the Rings put out their own CGI weird guy who talks funny and audiences ate him up. They were giving him late night spots and bits at awards shows.
