step 1 → stop forcing the agent to do everything — understand the model and harness first
step 2 → demos are easy, real products take a decade — self-driving proved it. Skip the foundation and the whole system collapses
step 3 → the agent is not the product. The foundation is. Build that properly and agents emerge by themselves
