Telling Ukraine not to hit oil refineries, telling NATO countries to "tone down the rhetoric" on russia, demanding Lithuania allow Belarusian potash through their country.
Trump's administration is totally beholden to russia.
They should be kicked out of NATO.

Yet another reminder that Hegseth is an incompetent imbecile.
A bizarre stunt where a U.S. military aircraft conducted an alarmingly low flyover of D.C. for Donald Trump’s Halloween party has backfired spectacularly. thedailybeast.com/trumps-gha…

It is vital that the Dems take the House & Senate next week, otherwise there might be no way of reversing the slide into a corrupt kleptocracy - rule by a crimimal clique; that is precidely what Trump 2.0 is very close to becoming. Americans, it's all down to you.

The message to Russia should be simple: Negotiations start when Russia agrees to withdraw its forces from all of Ukraine, including Crimea. Until then, we continue to ramp up support for Ukraine. Anything else risks prolonging the conflict and bloodshed and, worse, enabling a Russian victory.
The West's dithering and repeated offers of concessions to Russia fundamentally misread the situation. Putin has shown little interest in a peace that respects Ukrainian sovereignty. His ambitions are rooted in an imperial conception of Russian history, in which Ukraine is considered an inseparable part of a broader Russian civilization. He invokes the medieval state of Kyivan Rus' to justify these ambitions, ignoring the fact that Kyivan Rus' existed centuries before the Russian Empire and that Ukraine became an internationally recognized sovereign state in 1991.
Crimea, moreover, was transferred from the Russian Soviet republic to the Ukrainian Soviet republic in 1954. Russia subsequently recognized Ukraine's existing borders following the dissolution of the Soviet Union, including through the 1994 Budapest Memorandum and the 1997 Treaty on Friendship, Cooperation, and Partnership.
Agreements with Russia mean little. Only a battlefield success (meaning Russia withdraws its forces) that makes clear the cost of renewing its adventurism will convince Russia.

To use plain language, Musk is a traitor who is conspiring with our enemies. One can only hope that a new Democrat majority in Congress regulate the living daylights out of him.
This is an astoundingly devastating story.
Here is a gift link for the whole story. Absolutely horrific.

Brexit, despite being forged by lies, has had it's chance.
It's an utter failure, a betrayal of country and people, thrust on us.
It's time it was finished with.

The world is very slowly, reversing the Right Wing trend that has made us all so miserable over the last decade or so. Leading up to next week. Let’s hope the momentum continues. Trump deserves all he gets. He’s made the world the most miserable I’ve ever known it.

If an MP is too scared to attend parliament because there was some pushing and shoving (even given that it seems likely he was the one pushing and shoving) and is too scared to appear in his constituency, serious questions should be asked about his mental suitability for the job.

Having a new conversation about rejoining the EU is not rerunning the 2016 argument. 2016 was about leaving the EU which, after 10 yrs, we know has been a total disaster. The Brexeratti had their chance & blew it. Time to talk honestly about rejoining

He is the 1st known "nepo baby" in the UK. And he isn't even someone the citizens voted for.
They’ve saddled the public w/ an arrogant parasite who sits on a golden chair w/o knowing how to do absolutely anything. And is this the reason you want the monarchy to continue to exist?

To save our democracy, every single one of us must vote. Winning both the House and the Senate is an absolute imperative. Removing this deranged lunatic from office is no longer up for debate. It is the fundamental duty of every patriotic, democracy-loving American to ensure Congress makes this its primary mission: expel the treasonous piece of shit before he can inflict any further damage on our nation.

The Guardian: "The tabloids that used Thomas Markle to attack Meghan should now reflect. I bet they won’t" theguardian.com/commentisfre…
The Royal Protection Officers passed the Thomas Markle’s child abuse allegations letter to the joint office of The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke & Duchess of Sussex.
Well, looks like William & Kate have a copy too & the way the hierarchy works in that place as we’ve been reminded over and over, probably William read it first…
Well well, look at that 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Looks like we are getting closer to who shredded the letter & asked their buddies to not investigate further while reassuring Meghan that everything was under control & the Police are doing their job!!
