You don’t become well-networked by adding people on LinkedIn.

I would like to be the first to congratulate Senate Democrats.
Your failure to pass The Clarity Act will allow the Trump family to continue to use crypto as their personal piggy bank until the end of time.
Great job.

You can’t stop time.
You will age.
And eventually, you will die.
But you have tremendous influence over how you move through the rest of your life.
Whether you remain strong or become frail.
Whether you remain independent or become dependent.
Whether you stay mentally sharp.
Whether you spend your later years living fully or managing one chronic disease after another.
Your health rests on 5 pillars:
1. Food quality
Eat real, nutrient-dense food that supports metabolic health.
2. Muscle and movement
Build strength. Maintain muscle. Move every day.
3. Sleep
Protect the time when your body repairs, restores, and regulates itself.
4. Stress and recovery
You cannot eliminate every stressor, but you can improve your ability to recover from them.
5. Medical support
Use testing, medications, and professional guidance wisely when they are truly needed.
You can’t control everything that happens to you.
But you have far more control over your health than you’ve been led to believe.
The goal isn’t to live forever.
It’s to remain strong, capable, independent, and fully alive for as long as you’re here.

Everyone I know who retired and had:
An active lifestyle
A solid financial base
Hobbies outside of work
Traveled before retirement
An identity not tied to their job
All told me the same thing:
"I've never been bored once. Not one day."

Anxiety is reality telling you that you are not walking in the right direction in life, don’t ignore that voice, or it only gets louder as you get older.
