Le Comité exécutif de la Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) a décidé à l’unanimité, ce jeudi, que la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations (CAN) se tiendra de nouveau tous les deux ans.
Le président de la CAF, Dr Patrice Motsepe, avait annoncé, lors de la Conférence stratégique de la CAF organisée au Cap-Vert du 7 au 9 octobre 2026, que le Comité Exécutif réexaminerait la décision prise l’année dernière de faire passer la CAN à un cycle quadriennal.

Folha is now reporting that Marco Rubio actively participated in arranging his departure, citing sources connected to both governments.
If that reporting holds up, we're looking at the U.S. helping a defeated presidential candidate evade another country's judicial authorities.
That's one hell of a diplomatic scandal.
