I have wagered over $300M on online casinos and have never experienced anything like this. Last month, I signed up to @dopexyz and deposited $30,000, which I lost. I claimed my lossback and returned earlier this month with another $40,000 deposit. I played the same way I had initially played, eventually dropping to around $5,000 before turning it around to nearly $100,000 and attempting to withdraw. That is when the problems began. My VIP host, Rob, was the only person who consistently tried to help. I was told my account had been flagged for AML because of my betting pattern and wager volume. This was confusing, considering the exact same activity had apparently been completely fine when I was losing. I was told the relevant department had been contacted and that the issue was being escalated. I was then directed to live support, which was initially unavailable. When it finally became available, an agent named Preston responded once, said they would investigate, and then stopped replying entirely. I have contacted live support repeatedly. My messages have been left on read and ignored for days. Friends contacted the same support channel and received immediate responses, so this does not appear to be a general support issue. The situation became even worse when I cancelled and attempted to split my withdrawals. The funds were not returned to my balance, leaving close to six figures effectively unavailable for days. It has now been almost two weeks without a withdrawal, a clear explanation, or a final resolution. The explanations have also continually changed: • First, I was told I had been flagged for AML due to insufficient wagering. • Then I was told Pragmatic had flagged my account. • I was told Pragmatic would respond to resolve the issue. • Nearly two weeks later, I am apparently still waiting for that response. For clarity: I categorically deny multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or any similar conduct. This is my only account. I have wagered approximately $385,000 against $70,000 in deposits—more than 5x my deposits in wagering. I have tried every private channel available to me. I have been patient, cooperative, and have given the operator ample time to resolve this privately. I did not want to go public because I believe @dopexyz is a relatively new operator and I would prefer to see them succeed. But at this point, I need a clear explanation and access to my funds. @dopexyz — please resolve this publicly or privately. I am happy to provide any information required to verify my account and activity. I hope the team does the right thing and resolves this fairly.

$500 giveaway for helping spread the word - I'll choose 2 winners from the comments. For anyone else with similar experiences, I feel sorry for you. @1win might have the worst VIP program and VIP team I've encountered in recent times. My problem is I actually enjoy their games, but I'm too tired of constantly having to fight over the basics. My first month on the site I lost $350k. After an initial communication issue was resolved regarding my first lossback, I thought it was going to be a solid experience as host response times are great. Unfortunately I've been disappointed again - this time over two things: I requested a top monthly bonus considering I was one of their bigger losers in September. Note that @1win currently doesn't have weekly or monthly bonuses, so there is plenty of room to offer at least a top monthly for bigger players. It was approved, only for them to then tell me I need to reach a higher wager tier to unlock it 😂 I was on a weekly resetting lossback deal, paid on Mondays. Mid last week my host informed me they had changed their VIP program, while I still had lossback due after being fronted half. Monday finally arrived and I'm told I'm on the new deal - and I'm missing close to 50% of the lossback from my previous week's deal. This transition was handled terribly. Somehow hosts don't have access to player PnL stats, so I had to manually calculate deposits and withdrawals for the period to determine what was owed. Even after all of that, it was not resolved. The only positive I can say is that I signed up under @jacksonfelt, who has been top notch in terms of pushing for his players and promptly paying out extra lossback and bonuses.

What is the best vip offer a casino gave you in recent times? Let's say for $10,000 deposit and above.

Since @Romer responded to me directly here, I'm happy to attach some videos so the community can come to its own conclusion about the issue I'm talking about. I'm not looking for handouts or to complain about problems that don't exist. I played and lost money on Gamdom for a long time with very few complaints. I've collected videos not only from my own experiences, but also from other Gamdom players in the community. I have also been unable to replicate these same issues on any of the other sites I play on.
I play on a few sites, and @gamdom was my favourite, but unfortunately, they have lost my trust following a recent issue. I will be discontinuing any activity there until it is resolved. For anyone playing their Crash game, please be careful, as they appear to have a stability or server issue that has remained unresolved for months and has affected multiple players. In the end, the issue is blamed on the player if they are using a VPN. If they aren’t using a VPN, then I don’t know what the explanation is. On multiple occasions now, I have experienced disconnects during rounds despite having a perfect connection. I always validate this in real time by checking other Crash games on other sites, as well as with other players, both with and without VPNs, to see whether there is an issue. I am now open to new offers from sites with a good Crash game. My DMs are open. Also, a shoutout to my host @GamdomSimon, who has been one of the best hosts in the space on any site I’ve played on.

I’m about to do a $100,000 bonus buy after losing 20+ buys in a row. Most have been -98% to -100%, with a few break-even buys mixed in. At this point, I’m feeling like the next one is due. 😂 I’m thinking of opening $10,000 of the buy to the community: 10 people × $1,000 each. I’ll record the entire buy and pay each person 100% of the profits generated from their $1,000. Would you guys be interested? Good idea or terrible idea? 👀

Did a $50,000 wanted bonus buy and recorded it to share here, went to sleep and the video is gone ffs. Anyways did a $40,000 buy before it that paid $0.00 and this next one paid less than $15,000. Next $60,000 buy could be over $1,000,000, it is so due!

I had a dream that @HobbesHD’s mother signed up on one of his sites, deposited, ran up a balance, then got hit with KYC. She verified her identity… and still got banned with her funds locked. I can only say one thing: This guy is 100% committed to the art of the scam.

Huge scam by @bluffcom after raising over $20m from notable investors, they can't even pay out one of the most legit whales in the space! Also what bullshit terms of service is this even, account association ban 😂
I’ve wagered $1B+ across online casinos and am known for lending to some of the biggest streamers in the space. So when I tell you a casino seized $400k of my winnings after a 15-minute session, I think it’s worth paying attention. I deposited $200k on @bluffcom and received a 3% deposit top-up. I played Pragmatic BJ with bets up to $100k and quickly ran my balance to $600k. I tried to withdraw. They paid my original $200k deposit and froze the remaining $400k for “review.” Weeks later, they requested KYC - including from the friend who referred me, despite him not playing there for weeks. A few weeks after that, they told me they were seizing the $400k, claiming I abused their platform and bonus system, while apparently suggesting my friends and I were the same person. The kicker: I never received any lossback or bonus other than the 3% deposit top-up. First session. $200k deposited. $600k balance. $400k seized. It’s been months now, and after seeing the community’s opinion on the matter, I genuinely hope @bluffcom does the right thing and finally pays my winnings.

these scammers still didnt pay?
This is by far one of the SCAMMIEST things a casino can do. It’s daylight robbery in plain sight and a SERIOUSLY bad look for the crypto casino industry as a whole. @ggmoneywp deposited $66,000, ran it up to roughly $140,000, completed every KYC and verification request, and has still been waiting over a month with no payout. Then they bully and scare you with AML and KYC obligations, making it seem like you did something wrong all to avoid paying the player out. These @rollhub_com guys don’t even have the decency to unfreeze his original $66,000 deposit, let alone pay the $140,000 he rightfully won. If you’re happy taking his deposits, have the BALLS to pay him out too. The odds are already stacked in the casino’s favor, with a built in house edge on every bet. Refusing to honor withdrawals after the player wins is about as predatory as it gets. Casinos needs to stop hiding behind vague compliance claims, communicate transparently, and release his funds IMMEDIATELY. @rollhub_com, pay this man his money.

god damn this is a big ass scam
Rollhub are serial scammers. They do the same with all highrollers on their site. They make excuses not to payout like below, and then don't return the players initial deposit, they confiscate everything and ban the player. They didn't pay out $20k in affiliate commission for a friend of mine, they scammed one of his players for a $500k withdraw and also $20-50k from around 10 of his other affiliates. And now they're still scamming for 6 figure amounts. Don't touch @rollhub_com

Stop scamming and pay up @rollhub_com
Over a month ago, I decided to play on @rollhub_com after they offered a substantial deposit bonus and lossback promotion for new VIP players. I was initially skeptical, but I had friends who had played there, successfully withdrawn their funds, and vouched for the platform, so I decided to give it a chance. I deposited $66,000 and, after a good session, turned it into approximately $140,000. When I requested my withdrawal, my account was placed under KYC review. I fully complied with every document and verification request, expecting the withdrawal to be processed shortly after. Instead, I've now been waiting for over a month with no resolution. During this time, I spoke with @casinoexilee, who was affiliated with RollHub, and was given multiple and often conflicting explanations for why my withdrawal remained pending. I was told there were provider flags unrelated to the games I played, and I was also accused of being an alternate account simply because another verified user was from the same country. None of these explanations made sense to me, and there has been no clear communication or evidence provided. As things stand, my withdrawal remains unpaid, and I've been left completely in the dark. I'm hoping @rollhub_com finally addresses this matter and processes my withdrawal as soon as possible.

Anyone involved in sports betting space would advise to say away from @streaksjb. Broke fraud, begging for money on daily basis and doesn't settle owed bets placed for him.
