Although I'm a huge fan of the series, I'd never played the original Virtua Fighter arcade cabinet until recently at @NFSAonline's Game Masters Exhibit!
Amazing game that still looks and plays great to this day.

Footage from E3 1998! This is taken from the 'Freaks Shop E3' VHS.
Ocarina of Time is definitely one of the most beloved 1998 releases, and that's saying a lot considering the quality of games from that year!
My review of the 2026 Street Fighter movie.
Street Fighter was my most anticipated movie of the year. Now that I’ve seen it, I have to say it’s one of the most bizarre feelings I’ve had walking out of a movie.

The whole first level of Sonic Adventure was marvellous. Still looks great, still flows beautifully. It's the perfect introduction to what was a fantastic game.
Will always have a huge soft spot for Sonic Adventure on Dreamcast. Was amazing to witness this when it was brand new.

Shining Force III: Scenario 2 (1998) - Sega Saturn
Some creative battles like this ship to ship fight are so much fun, and add some new gimmicks to the formula set up by the first scenario.

Everyone remembers that whale, but I always thought the dolphins were a nice little flair too!
