A recall has been issued for Great Value Dinosaur-Shaped Chicken Nuggets, sold at Walmart locations nationwide, due to contamination with lead. If you have this product:
• Do NOT eat it
• Discard it immediately OR return it to Walmart for a refund
• If a child has consumed or come into contact with it, consider testing for lead exposure and consult a healthcare provider
